IT Training:

In the IT field it is so important for us to stay on top of our careers. So you worked really hard and have been offered a position at company, now resting on your laurels is never a good idea.

Much like a Doctor, a Mechanic, etc. it's so important when you are in the IT field to stay on top. Yes it's not easy, but staying relevant by keeping your skills sharp is the right thing to do. Would you want someone giving your Doctor treating you, with the latest 1970's medicine? Would you want your Mechanic, who is not familiar with repairing your vehicle working on it?
