OK I know most people try to avoid this topic. I however am trying to do it justice keeping terms with the spirit of this site.  I did some research on this topic, and I asked several organizations that work with these recruiters in a nutshell they are legit, as they are contracted through other recruiting organizations to get leads for them. These recruiters are more like third party recruiters who candidates.
