I recommend placing your certification in one of two places on your resume. 1. In a section called Certifications (where you list all you certifications) or 2. In the section where you list your Education Certifications should help you and back up that you can do the work, as they "certify" you. However, if you don't have the experience necessary, I recommend putting them towards the top of your resume in a section called Certifications. In these cases where you don't have the experience, make your Objective Statement expressing what type of job you are looking for. Ultimately you don't want to make it seem like your certification is the MAIN reason you should be hired, but your entire resume including your certifications should show why you should be hired.
